Dr. Abbas Ahmad Rather I am from Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. I hold a Master’s degree in Political Science, along with a PhD, UGC-NET, and JKSET qualifications. Currently, I teach Political Science to undergraduate courses at Government Degree College, Doda, Jammu and Kashmir. My academic and research expertise lies in India’s Middle East policy under the Modi government, particularly its engagement with Israel.
