The Author, Mahijeet Mishra is the President for Asia & Oceania for Armstrong International Inc. He also serves in the Global Executive Board of Armstrong Global Holdings along with being the Chairman of the Board for Armstrong International’s three manufacturing facilities spread across the Continent. Armstrong International is more than a century old US based Global leader in providing sustainable solutions on Steam, Air, waste heat recovery, and Hot water applications. Mahijeet has over 30 years of work experience in corporate sector out of which 20 years is in leading company’s P&L that includes Indian as well as MNCs. The author’s three decades of rich experience includes experiences in Crude oil production, B2B sales, Services, Greenfield project execution along with P&L leadership. So, he carries holistic grasp of various industries and different functional areas. Based on his years of experience leading companies the unglamourous way, Mahijeet has also authored two books on building lasting business centred around a Vision lead non-negotiable work culture. His first book as an author, “The end which began with a story” is a compilation of short stories each having business morals. His second book “The Mahi Way-Choosing Right Over Popular” is about building long lasting businesses the right way. Mahijeet is known within industry as someone who makes complex thing look simple and jargon-free and in turning around poor performing units into a cash generating ones keeping culture & core values at its centre.
