Rakesh Kumar Singh – A Literary Journey Rakesh Kumar Singh was born on February 15, 1965, in Pratapgarh district, Uttar Pradesh. He pursued his undergraduate education and is currently working as a Security Officer at M3M Broadway, Gurugram.
