Sashikanta Malik is a certified Life Coach and a proud TISSIAN with expertise in Self-Worth and Dignity who brings to this book more than twenty-six years of experience as a social development professional, working with some of India's most vulnerable communities — street children, commercial sex workers, people addicted to drugs, disaster survivors, persons with disabilities, persons living with HIV/AIDS, Dalit & tribal families, marginalised women, displaced persons, and children in extreme poverty. Across every one of those contexts, he witnessed the same root wound beneath human suffering: not poverty alone, but the invisible belief that one does not matter enough to deserve something better. His coaching philosophy was not born in a seminar room. It was forged through his own seasons of professional difficulty and personal crisis, and the slow, honest work of rebuilding himself from the inside out. Through Graphotherapy — the science of enhancing self-esteem through handwriting — he first understood that outer life changes only when inner identity does. He went on to train as a Life Coach, deepening his practice through NLP, Ho'oponopono, the Law of Attraction, Relationship Mastery, and Emotional Healing. He has helped people reclaim the one thing most easily taken from them and most powerfully reclaimed—their sense of worth. His work spans self-worth and dignity coaching, emotional healing, relationship mastery, boundary-setting, Graphotherapy, NLP, Ho'oponopono, and life-purpose alignment, delivered through one-to-one and group coaching. Sashikanta is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and works with clients and communities across the country and worldwide.
